The navigation was redesigned to move primary actions to a left-hand panel while adding a right-hand panel for filters and search, creating a more intuitive and efficient workflow. Graphics and interface elements were streamlined for clarity and usability. Together, these updates established a cohesive, scalable foundation that continues to support new product features and growth.
CX Design System
At Concentrix, I led the creation of a design system—initially as a side project, but ultimately as a key architecture shift. While working on the CX product, I uncovered major issues: confusing navigation, fragmented UI patterns, and legacy code that made scalable design nearly impossible. Over time, I presented mockups and educated stakeholders on the value of consistency. We moved from a scattered interface to a unified system with reusable components. The effort became more than a visual refresh—it was an organizational mindset change. Below is a curated sample of the components and layouts that now power the application.
